1. Professional Services & Custom Orders
- Approval Process: We pride ourselves on a meticulous approval process. For custom screen printing and embroidery, a digital or physical proof will be provided. Once you approve the design, Lauren MCM is not responsible for errors in the original graphic provided by the client.
- Graphic Design: We offer in-house artist services. Any original designs created by Lauren MCM remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2. Quotes and Payments
- Free Quotes: All initial quotes are free. Quotes are valid for 30 days due to fluctuating apparel and supply costs.
- Payment: Payments are required as per the invoice terms. Since we produce custom goods, orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
3. Limitation of Liability
Lauren MCM is committed to high-quality service. However, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or supply chain shortages. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
